How TattooGen AI handles your photos and personal data

This policy explains what we collect when you use tattoogenai.com ("we", "us") and what we do with it. Questions: yaohongan20@qq.com.

What we collect

  • Text and photos you submit: tattoo ideas you type, photos you upload (for example a body part for try-on, or a pet photo) and the images we generate from them.
  • Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
  • Payment records such as the plan you bought and its status. Checkout, card details, billing address and taxes are handled by Waffo, our payment provider and merchant of record; we never see or store your card number.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, abuse prevention (for example, limiting free credits per network or device) and fixing problems.

How we use your photos and text

We use them only to create the images you ask for. To do that, your photo and prompt are sent to our image-generation providers, which run the Nano Banana 2 and Seedream 5.0 Flash models and return the result. Your text is also checked by an automated content-safety scan run by our payment provider. We do not sell your photos, never show them in public galleries, never use them to advertise and never use them to train AI models.

How long we keep things

  • Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days.
  • Generated designs are deleted automatically after 90 days. Download the ones you want to keep.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your designs right away.
  • Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct or delete it by emailing yaohongan20@qq.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, which we will honor.

Security

Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served only to their owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to what is needed to run the service.

Children

The service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and photos of minors must not be uploaded.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell signed-in users.
