TattooGen AI is an AI tattoo design tool. Describe a tattoo idea or upload a photo, pick a style, and get original tattoo designs as clean flash on a white background. Then see a design on your own skin or turn it into a line stencil for your artist.
What it does
- AI Tattoo Generator: text to 4 tattoo designs in about 20 seconds, in 16 styles (fine line, minimalist, American traditional, neo-traditional, blackwork, black and grey, realism, watercolor, Japanese, tribal, geometric, dotwork, new school, trash polka, sketch, lettering).
- Image to Tattoo: a photo of a pet, a person, a place or a flower becomes 2 tattoo designs that keep the likeness.
- Try On Tattoo: a photo of a body part plus a design shows the tattoo on your skin as a healed tattoo.
- Tattoo Stencil Generator: any design becomes clean black outlines ready for thermal stencil paper.
Designs are AI-generated concepts for inspiration and for discussion with a professional tattoo artist. They are not medical or professional advice, and the final tattoo depends on your artist, your skin and healing.
Which AI models we use
TattooGen AI generates and edits images with these models:
- Nano Banana 2 (Google Gemini image model) is the main model for text-to-tattoo, photo to tattoo, try-on and stencils.
- Seedream 5.0 Flash (ByteDance) is the backup model, used automatically when the main model fails.
Every request, including the text you type, is checked by an automated content-safety scan before generation. Requests for sexual content, hate symbols, extremist imagery, graphic violence or real people's likenesses without consent are refused.
Who runs it
TattooGen AI is operated as an independent online product at tattoogenai.com. Payments are processed by Waffo, our payment provider and merchant of record, and sign-in uses Google. See the Privacy Policy for details.
