Acceptable Use Policy

TattooGen AI is for designing tattoos and previewing them. To keep it safe and fair for everyone, these rules apply to every account, including free credits. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Photos you upload

Upload only photos you took or have the right to use. For try-on, upload only photos of yourself, or of an adult who agreed. Do not upload:

• photos of minors, in any situation;
• photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone who has not agreed;
• nude or sexual photos;
• documents, screens or anything showing personal information;
• illegal, violent or hateful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

What you create

Do not use the service to create:

• sexual or nude imagery;
• hate symbols, extremist or terrorist imagery, or content that targets people for who they are;
• graphic violence or gore;
• the likeness of a real person without their consent, including celebrities;
• copies of another artist's work, or other brands' logos and trademarks;
• anything that breaks the law where you live.

Requests are checked by an automated content-safety scan; requests that break these rules are refused and use no credits.

Using the service fairly

Do not:

• create multiple accounts or clear cookies to get more free credits;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to generate images, scrape the site or test payments;
• try to break, overload or get around our limits, security checks or payments;
• resell or share access to your account.

What happens if rules are broken

We may block a request, remove content, suspend or close an account, and refuse refunds for accounts that break this policy. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal content to the authorities.
